If you get stuck at all, make sure you follow step 2 to get added on Whatsapp and then send us a message there. If you have any issues , message whoever is onboarding you (usually this is myself directly) for help.

Step 1 - Read and Sign The Agreement

We will be sending you a separate email with the agreement so we can internally kick-off your onboarding. Please read through the entire agreement and sign it within the next 24 hours of joining the program.

If you have not yet received the agreement to your email after 24 hours of joining us, and you've checked your spam folder but have not received it, please send an email to [email protected] or message us on Whatsapp for further guidance.

Please note: We cannot proceed with our kick-off call if the agreement is not completed.

Step 2 - Whatsapp Business (Support)

Our support channel is hosted on Whatsapp which will be a chat room between Kingsgate and your business, which we’ll use for any updates, questions, support and overall communication while we work together.

You will receive a message from us on Whatsapp so just message us back when you receive it.

Step 3 - Complete The Onboarding Form

To help us best understand your current position and goals for our time working together, take some time to complete this onboarding form with as much detail as possible.

Please make sure this onboarding form is complete before moving onto the next step.

It's time to go ahead and book in our kick-off call to get started with getting you results! Use the scheduler below to schedule our kick-off call at a time that is convenient to you.
